After a long busy day, my husband and I were having the age old “to cook or not to cook” debate when we drove by this food truck… and let me tell you, BEST decision we made all day. I got the Carnitas Bowl and my husband got the Green Chicken Mole Bowl. The meat is tender and juicy and there was a perfect balance of all the ingredients. Flavor was fantastic and I only wish I had found this place sooner. My new favorite food truck in town! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed
