From the mind of Princess Estrada (the heart of the operation) and the same old guy who brought you TEPEX and INEFABLE, Here’s our latest rendition.

Our menu was designed with the idea of “TAPAS” but Mexican… is that even a thing?? I guess we’ll see! We are reimagining ourselves, reinventing our classics such as our carnitas (Chefs signature), Birria, etc… but also adding some very exciting dishes to our repertoire ( I feel fancy writing those big words). We are working on new recipes and techniques every single day to serve you something we feel ABSOLUTELY proud of. PIN-TXI WEY is our way to thank all of you for your support throughout the years, PIN-TXI WEY is not TEPEX and Its not INEFABLE but the baby they have in common. still very casual, still modernized and fancy without the price tag and the attitude and always testing the limits of what can be done out of a food truck… After all I’m a middle child.
